You're only as crazy as I think you are.

New glasses are go, even though they look pretty identical to the old ones. The optometrist was able to use my old lenses, thank Jeebus. Otherwise I'd have ended up with a SERIOUSLY large bill from them, instead of an only marginally large one.

Also, I'm one of those people who is not legally allowed to drive a motor vehicle without glasses. So much for driving to the optometrist to fix them. :| I guess I'll have my Long Island driver friend [eek!] take the wheel of Daisy Mae to get me there. ::bites nails until they bleed::
